Information we collect

Mobile applications and location data
AtoZ Service World operates mobile applications for customers, service partners (engineers), and administrators. This section describes how we collect and use location information through those apps.
What location data we collect
- Precise GPS coordinates (latitude and longitude) and location accuracy
- Approximate location when precise location is unavailable
- Timestamps of when location was recorded
AtoZ Partner app (service partners / engineers)
When a partner is on duty and live tracking is enabled by our admin team, the Partner app may collect location data in the foreground and background, including while the app is not actively in use. We use this data to:
- Assign nearby service jobs to available partners
- Verify field visit check-ins (arrived, in progress, completed) at customer locations
- Support partner and customer safety during field operations
Location sharing starts only after the partner grants permission and when tracking is enabled for their account. Location sharing stops when tracking is disabled or the partner goes offline. Partners can revoke location permission in their device settings at any time.
AtoZ Customer app
The Customer app may request location access to help you select or confirm your service address when booking a repair or service visit.
How we store and protect location data
Location data is transmitted securely to our servers and linked to your account for job assignment, service delivery, and operational records. We retain location data only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law.
We do not sell your location data. We do not share precise location data with third parties except as needed to provide the service (for example, assigning a job to a partner) or when required by law.
Your choices
You can control location access through your device permission settings. Denying location permission may limit features such as live job assignment or GPS field check-in in the Partner app, or address selection in the Customer app.

Log Files
AtoZ Service World follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics.
